Do you include the foundation and electrical hookup?

Yes. Our price includes the foundation and electrical hookup to your house. Everything you need to begin comfortably working, creating or playing in your backyard space comes included.
What about heat and AC?

Absolutely. Our price includes a smart ductless mini-split. Heat & AC all-in-one, controlled from your phone.

Are your buildings manufactured or pre-fabricated somewhere?

No. All our Backyard Offices are built on-site using the same techniques and materials that were used to build your home. This has many advantages for you as a home owner.
Are you less expensive than pre-fab competitors?

In short, absolutely. We tend to be substantially less expensive (not to mention higher quality) than pre-fab competitors. Prefab options usually just include the exterior shell, leaving you to hire subcontractors for everything else (concrete foundation, assembly of the shell, electrical, insulation, drywall, shingles, floor, paint, HVAC, etc.).
Can I customize my Backyard Office or add upgrades?

Yes, you certainly can. All our home office sheds are built on-site from the ground up, allowing us to accommodate most requests. Our online 3D configurator is a helpful start, but don't feel limited by its constraints. Anything you can dream up, we can design and build. We also offer various upgrade options such as: Exterior GFCI outlets Cedar tongue and groove ceiling Shiplap walls Skylight(s) Ethernet or security camera hook up Ceiling fan Gutters w/ downspout Old shed removal Upgraded electrical panel to support a hot tub or other loads (just about anything else you could want)
